SYTNYK & PARTNERS, Attorneys at Law, advised JT International Holding B.V. (Amstelveen, the Netherlands) in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with acquisition of shares in La Tabacalera, S. A. (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic), that confers 50% of the voting rights in the highest management body of the company.

On Thursday, 24 March 2016, a conference entitled "Estonia - Door to EU and New Opportunities for Ukrainian Companies" was held at the Estonian Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine. The conference brought together over 100 representatives of Ukrainian business. Artem Sokurov, Counsel, Sytnyk & Partners, was among the speakers at the conference.

The event was organized by Estonian Bank Versobank, Taxpayers Association of Ukraine and the Embassy of Estonia in Ukraine.
