(Amstelveen, the Netherlands) in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with acquisition of shares in La Tabacalera, S. A. (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic), that confers 50% of the voting rights in the highest management body of the company.
