Ltd. and TKAS Auto Steel Company Limited of control over Angang Chongqing High Strength Auto Steel Co. Ltd., (ii) concerted actions in the form of conclusion of Agreement on joint activities between Pangang Group Xichang Steel & Vanadium Co. Ltd., ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG and TKAS Auto Steel Company Limited (Dalian, China), (iii) acquisition by TKAS Auto Steel Company Limited of equity interest in Angang Chongqing High Strength Auto Steel Co.
