SYTNYK & PARTNERS, Attorneys at Law, advised Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany) in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with (i) indirect acquisition via Robert Bosch Investment Nederland B.V. (Boxtel, Netherlands) of shares in Klenzaids Contamination Controls Private Limited (Mumbai, India) that confers upon the acquirer more than 25% of the voting rights in the highest management body of the company,
(ii) indirect acquisition by Robert Bosch GmbH via Robert Bosch Investment Nederland B.V. of joint control together with physical person – citizen of India (indirectly via Hamish Investments Private Limited (Mumbai, India)) over Klenzaids Contamination Controls Private Limited.
