SYTNYK & PARTNERS advised Mann+Hummel Holding GmbH (Ludwigsburg, Germany) in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with acquisition (via Mann+Hummel Inc. (Portage, USA)) of control over Affinia Group Holdings Inc. (Gastonia, USA).

Affinia makes oil, air, fuel, cabin air, transmission, hydraulic, and coolant filters for vehicles and machinery ranging from race cars to excavators and wind mills.
