SYTNYK & PARTNERS, Attorneys at Law, advised Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany) in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with indirect acquisition via Robert Bosch North America Corporation (USA) of shares in Osgood Industries, Inc. (USA) that confers upon the acquirer more than 50% of the voting rights in the highest management body of the company.
