Julia has significant experience working with construction and development business, maintaining corporate structure of around 30 group companies.

In the field of IT, Julia has particular know-how in consulting services for start-ups, financial technologies, drafting license and software development agreements.

Combining legal support with a deeper dive into the product and business development, Julia got a unique experience and expertise in IT company management, deep understanding of complete product software development lifecycle (SDLC) both from the contractor's and from the client's viewpoint.

Julia Sidelova currently advises clients in GDPR, PSD2, Financial licensing for PSP (payment service providers) and EMI (electronic money institutions).
