In the field of litigation, Taras has successfully represented individuals and entities in administrative, commercial and general jurisdiction courts of all instances, in recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts in Ukraine and mediation.

Taras has particular know-how in tax litigation, representing clients against Ukrainian tax authorities in VAT, corporate income, personal income tax-related issues and in the issues of administrative fines and tax liens. Taras also has experience in debt collection, land-related disputes, defending against hostile takeovers and labour disputes.

In the field of criminal law and procedure, Taras Olytsky represents interests and defends witnesses, affected persons, suspects, accused and convicted persons in both pretrial investigation and criminal proceeding in court, develops strategies and tactics leading to the achievement of best results for clients.
