  • the acquisition by TKAS Auto Steel Company Limited, the company jointly controlled by ThyssenKrupp and Ansteel Groups, of joint control together with Guangzhou Automobile Group Business Co. Ltd. and Angang Steel Co., Ltd. over Angang Guangzhou Auto Steel Co., Ltd.;
  • the acquisition by Guangzhou Automobile Group Business Co. Ltd. of equity interest in Angang Guangzhou Auto Steel Co., Ltd. that confers upon the purchaser more than 25% of the voting rights in the highest management body of the company;
  • the concerted actions of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., Angang Guangzhou Auto Steel Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Automobile Group Business Co. Ltd. and TKAS Auto Steel Company Limited in the form of performance of clause 6.04 of the Shareholder Agreement signed on 5 February 2016 by the companies on non-competition and non-solicitation.
